Spring Bear rifle hunters must wear a complete outer suit of either blaze orange, yellow scarlet red or white or any combo thereof. A hat of red or blaze orange must be worn. (Orange or Red preferred) NONE OF THESE COLORS CAN BE IN CAMO MUST BE SOLID COLOR.
