Treat your taste buds with dining as spectacular as your time on the water. The executive chef happens to be one of the owners, and his favourite word is fresh. When the day is young, head to the main lodge for a hot cup of coffee. Take in the first glimmers of light touching the water.
The lodge is in the middle of nowhere, but the food won't taste like it. Sit down to a delicious breakfast that will provide you the necessary energy to pull in fish all morning. Derrick uses the finest ingredients despite the lodge's isolated location. He firmly believes that if he wouldn't eat it, his guests shouldn't have to either.
Breakfast can be flexible, but most fisherman are anticipating the thrill of the morning bite and want to be off the dock by 8:00 AM.
Lloyd Lake shore lunches are legendary. Our guests often say they wait all year for this lunch! Relax and take in the morning's excitement over a cup of cowboy coffee. Our guides will prepare the morning's catch in traditional fashion over an open fire.
Dinner is the time to share stories about the big one. Hopefully you saved some room from lunch — you'll be sitting down to a five course meal. Storytelling and appetizers start at 5:30 PM. Dinner commences at 6:00 PM.
