Fall bear hunts
Bear hunting is so new to our area, and the bears so plentiful, that the record book will be written at Lloyd Lake Lodge. Almost all our hunters see multiple bears. Many harvested bears carry a blend of colors—typically black, brown, blonde, or cinnamon.
Fall black bear hunting is scheduled for September. To ensure trophy bears and plenty of opportunity for Pope & Young, Boone & Crocket, and colour phase bears, we only take a limited number of hunters. There will be no other hunters within a hundred miles guaranteed.
All sites are baited daily and monitored by trail camera. We welcome bow, muzzleloader, and rifle hunters.
Book early to avoid disappointment.
